Parts Manager – Duttons Adelaide Hills

The Duttons way is centred around being ‘Easy to do business with!’ and there is an opportunity for a likeminded Parts Manager to join our Adelaide Hills Dealership located in Mount Barker (Totness), 35 minutes from Adelaide CBD.

With over 75 years in the industry, our highly regarded brands include Volkswagen, Isuzu, Subaru, LDV, GWM & Haval.

You have excellent management skills and experience in spare parts, preferably in the automotive industry, along with proven leadership qualities, a commitment to people development and a passion for customer satisfaction.

About the Role

• Harmonious interdepartmental relationships, servicing internal and external customers, and our important trade business.

• Ensure all processes and procedures required for a parts department are in place and strictly adhered to.

• Manage your parts team with planning, forecasting, trends and opportunities.

• Ensuring high levels of customer service, satisfaction, and growth management.

• Maintaining current customer base, building relations with both suppliers and customers and working toward KPI's set out by the company.

• Managing, motivating, developing employees for personal development and career growth.

 About You

• Experience in managing or 2IC in a parts department.

• Trade qualifications desirable but not essential.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong financial & inventory management skills.

• Good computer skills including experience in dealing with the Titan system or similar.

• Ability to convert sales to meet and exceed targets in a high-pressure sales environment.
