About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Allied Health Assistant (Podiatry) to support our Podiatrists across the Geelong region. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals, ensuring a supportive introduction into TLC Medical Centres and the allied health field.

Not qualified yet? No worries! You will receive training and qualification as a Podiatry Assistant (AHA) before starting employment with a Senior Podiatrist.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing basic nail and foot care
• Supporting the development of comprehensive musculoskeletal and nail care assessments
• Observing and assisting in assessments and intervention strategies
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, community patients, and healthcare professionals
• Accurately recording clinical information in management systems
• Learning and working closely with Senior Podiatrists, General Practitioners, and Practice Nurses
