The Role
· Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
· Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
· Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
· Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
· Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments

About You
· Qualified Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
· AHPRA or ESSA registration
· Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
