Job Description

We’re looking for Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Wollongong and surrounding communities - work close to home!

As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely mannerDeliver much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes and the local communityUse clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeCollaborate with a multidisciplinary teamMentor graduates and early career clinicians

Qualifications

To be considered suitable you will have:

Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduationExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseloadProactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideasDesire to mentor graduates and early career cliniciansLooking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environmentGenuine passion for working in the disability sector
