Since our inception, we have been empowering our customers by putting individual preferences and support needs at the centre of our approach. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Clerk for our Horsham office, This position is Part Time (0.6 or 0.8 FTE). .

The Finance Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and perform weekly payroll and invoicing functions as well as other finance tasks as directed while meeting all compliance and procedural requirements. The Finance Clerk will work closely with our Finance Officer and other stakeholders, internal and external.

Essential:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a bookkeeping /and payroll
• Sound understanding of relevant legislation
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills - ability to work effectively, efficiently and accurately and prioritise workloads
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Sound computer and excellent data entry skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
