About the Role
This is a temporary role until 30 June 2026. The HR Associate will support the delivery of operational HR and WHS services across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Coordinate information flows and reporting for people processes.Contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient HR activities.Support the delivery of a broad range of HR programs and projects.Assist in the administration of the annual Performance and Salary Review processes.Own the recruitment and contract administration processes in close collaboration with HR colleagues.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.Work collaboratively across a range of functions, departments and levels.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, including proven experience in HR across a broad range of matters including recruitment, reporting, compliance and administration.
Required Skills
Highly organised and effective in high pressure situations, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, in addition to experience using databases and online systems.Prior experience in WHS activities and legislation and providing support for WHS compliance.Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain an Australian security clearance to the level of Baseline.
