Job Description: Marketing & Sales Assistant - AR EQUIPMENT

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is a unique hybrid, perfect for someone who loves the fast-paced world of digital marketing but also is keen to assist with lead follow up and retargeting.

You will be the bridge between our brand’s digital presence and our customers, assisting the Marketing Manager to ensure our social media stays up to date, paid campaigns are performing, advise on brand direction as well as helping the sales pipeline move smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Social Media Management: Execute the posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs.
  • Facebook Industry Pages: Monitor and manage specific industry-related Facebook groups and pages to maintain brand authority, creating product posts and identify potential leads.
  • Content Creation: Edit "lo-fi" high-engagement content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using apps like CapCut or Canva.
  • Content Days: Assist in the planning and execution of content days—helping with setup, capturing "behind-the-scenes" footage, and managing gear.
  • Agency Liaison: Act as the internal point of contact for our digital marketing agency, providing them with the assets they need and helping track the performance of paid campaigns.

Sales & Lead Management

  • Lead Follow-Up: Act as a follow up for inbound inquiries via social media and web forms, ensuring a rapid and professional response.
  • Quoting: Assist the sales team by preparing basic quotes and sending them to prospective clients.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep our lead database up to date, ensuring no potential customer falls through the cracks.

Requirements & Skills

  • Social Native: Understanding social media trends and understand what makes a Reel or TikTok perform while being reletive to our industry
  • Creative Eye: Basic photography and video editing skills. (mobile-first approach).
  • Communication: Exceptional written skills for both social captions and professional sales emails and lead follow up
  • Organisation: Ability to juggle creative tasks with administrative tasks without losing focus.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM/Quoting software.
  • Travel: Travel may be required for trade shows, content opportunities and sales deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
