Mackay Regional Council is seeking five experienced Labourers to join our dynamic Civil Operations team based from our Paget Depot. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and construction of roads, drainage assets, and other civil infrastructure in the beautiful region of Mackay.

Position Objective

You will be tasked with carrying out labouring and plant and truck operation duties associated

with the maintenance and construction of roads, drainage assets, and other civil infrastructure as

directed by the Supervisor or Leading Hand.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Current General Construction Safety "White" Card Current QLD Manual Car ‘C’ Class Open Driver’s Licence Current QLD Medium Rigid Truck ‘MR’ Class Licence (Desirable or willingness to obtain) Current Traffic Control Ticket / TMI Qualifications (Desirable or willingness to obtain)
