Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Clinical Care: Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.

Skills & Experience

Current AHPRA Registration.Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standardsAdaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.
