Koi Dining is a premium dining venue and part of the Gennari Group hospitality portfolio on the Gold Coast. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and talented Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time permanent basis. Qualifications | Experience | Tasks:

• Relevant experience (min. 2 years)
• Trade Qualifications in Commercial Cookery
• Ability to multi-task and have great time management skills
• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
• Following hygiene and safety procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and work efficiently
• Developing and maintaining service standards in a premium/refined restaurant environment to ensure a world-class hospitality experience.
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
• prepping, portioning and cooking food
• plating food with attention to detail
