Role Overview The Client Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in HCVA’s growth by supporting the client acquisition pipeline through lead generation and outbound outreach. This role is not a closing position; the CEO leads sales demos and deal closure. However, candidates with the ability to close or support closing activities are considered a strong advantage. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective healthcare clients while building a consistent pipeline for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Generate and qualify leads from US- and Canada-based healthcare marketsIdentify potential clients, including clinics, medical facilities, insurance companies, and allied healthcare organizationsResearch prospects to ensure alignment with HCVA’s services and ideal client profile
Outbound Outreach Conduct email outreach and cold calling to prospective clientsInitiate conversations, introduce HCVA’s services, and identify client needsSchedule discovery or demo calls with qualified prospects for the CEO
Pipeline & CRM Support Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and lead statusTrack conversations, responses, and next steps in designated tools or CRMProvide regular updates on lead progress and acquisition performance
Collaboration & Support Work closely with the CEO and Business Development/Growth TeamShare insights from client conversations to help refine messaging and targetingSupport pre-demo preparation when needed
Qualifications & Skills Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or business developmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable with cold calling and email outreachFamiliarity with healthcare, medical services, or BPO/VA services is an advantageAbility to research, qualify, and engage decision-makers professionallySelf-motivated, organized, and results-driven
