The Role

As a Senior Investment Strategist, you will own the most critical phase of our client journey — strategic wealth design through property.

You will work with highly qualified clients who are motivated, educated, and ready to act.

You will be supported by:

  • Dedicated lead generation

  • Admin and contracts support

  • Acquisition and research teams

  • Finance and compliance collaboration

Allowing you to focus purely on strategy, advice, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-level strategy sessions with clients building long-term property portfolios

  • Analyse client financial positions, structures, goals, and risk profiles

  • Design tailored property investment strategies aligned with wealth objectives

  • Deliver professional strategy presentations and investment recommendations

  • Collaborate with sales, acquisitions, and contracts teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development

  • Maintain deep knowledge of property markets, economic indicators, and policy changes

  • Uphold Wealth Hub's advisory standards, ethics, and client-first culture

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in property investment strategy, advisory, or high-level property sales

  • Residential property investment experience is required

  • Proven success in delivering strong client investment outcomes

  • Strong financial and market literacy

  • The ability to simplify complex concepts for clients

  • Emotional intelligence and executive-level communication

  • A growth mindset and leadership presence

  • A collaborative, accountable, high-performance attitude

  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
