• Strong capability in planning and executing structured business analysis activities across IT and business application projects, with the ability to define scope, understand business problems, and translate findings into clear project inputs.

• Demonstrated experience capturing and analysing current‑state and future‑state business processes, rules and dependencies, with the ability to identify constraints, risks and issues impacting solution design.

• Skilled in facilitating workshops and interviews to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements, and capable of producing high‑quality analysis artefacts that support project planning and solution development.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical and project teams and convey complex information clearly.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise project environments.
