Pluim Joinery are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess the following skill set:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in the joinery or woodworking industry.

• Minimum 1-2 years of CNC machinist experience required.

• Able to operate both CNC and Edgebanding machinery

• Proficiency in CNC programming (basic knowledge and willing to learn)

• Intermediate CNC programming skills required as minimum standard.

• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes & materials

• Excellent attention to detail & ability to work with precision

• Knowledge of machine maintenance & troubleshooting

• Effective communication & teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently & manage time effectively

• Knowledge of Biesse & Homag machines preferred, but not essential

• Australian work authorisation required for this position.
