About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, and dedicated Nominated Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Centre Manager role to join our incredible team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure the service complies with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and all relevant regulations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the service.

  • Lead, support, and supervise educators and staff to maintain high standards of care and education

  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in care

  • Facilitate the implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Maintain open and professional communication with families, staff, and regulatory authorities

  • Support continuous improvement and quality assurance processes within the service

About You:

  • Hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma Qualification

  • Hold or be eligible for NESA Teacher Accreditation (ECT)

  • Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training

  • A love for outdoor play, sustainability, and innovative education

  • Positive, flexible and collaborative approach
