Our Commercial Property Maintenance company is seeking a reliable, fit, and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Maintenance & Handyman Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and is keen to learn practical skills in property maintenance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Physically fit and capable of manual work

• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn

• Practical, detail oriented, able to work independently

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Driver’s license mandatory

• White card preferred

• No previous experience required, training will be provided

Job Details:

• Casual position

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (38 hours per week)

• All equipment provided, including tools, uniform, trailer and a dual cab ute

Key Responsibilities:

• Various handyman duties across 100+ commercial properties

• Weekly landscaping duties across 7 commercial properties

• General maintenance duties

• Demolition and construction duties
