Solar Surge Australia is one of the fastest-growing solar retailers in Australia. We’re backed by our own installation arm, fast turnaround times, and a proven lead-generation system that actually feeds closers.

We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to drive performance, open new territories, and lead from the front.

This is not an office-only role.
If you don’t sell, coach on the road, or hold people accountable — this is not for you.

The Role

You will sell, lead, recruit, and coach.

You will be in homes every week, training closers in the field, running huddles, and setting the standard for performance and behaviour.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and coach a team of solar & battery closers

• Recruit and onboard new sales reps (closers only)

• Run regular in-home appointments to stay sharp and lead by example

• Conduct daily huddles, KPI tracking, and performance accountability

• Provide on-road coaching, ride-alongs, and live feedback

• Open and scale new sales territories

• Build culture, structure, and consistency across the team

• Work closely with Operations & Installs to maintain fast turnaround times

What You’ll Get

• $100k-$110k base salary (experience dependent)

• OTE $250k+ with performance-based bonuses
