As a Youth Worker, you’ll be right at the heart of our Permanency Support Program, supporting young people aged 11–18 who have experienced trauma and neglect. This is a high-impact role working with complex cases - it can be demanding, but it’s also incredibly rewarding for people who thrive on challenge, purpose, and making a real difference.

You’ll work in our homes across the Central Coast, providing safe, stable, trauma-informed care and helping young people build resilience, confidence, and brighter futures.

Role Details:

  • Permanent part-time position – 30 hours per week
  • Multiple house locations across the Central Coast
  • 24/7 rotating roster - including morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts
  • Weekend and public holiday work as part of the roster

What You’ll Need:

  • Diploma of Community Services (or currently studying) or willingness to enroll 
  • Experience in youth work (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on young people
  • Working With Children Check & Criminal History Check
  • Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
