As a Youth Worker, you’ll be right at the heart of our Permanency Support Program, supporting young people aged 11–18 who have experienced trauma and neglect. This is a high-impact role working with complex cases - it can be demanding, but it’s also incredibly rewarding for people who thrive on challenge, purpose, and making a real difference.
You’ll work in our homes across the Central Coast, providing safe, stable, trauma-informed care and helping young people build resilience, confidence, and brighter futures.
Role Details:
- Permanent part-time position – 30 hours per week
- Multiple house locations across the Central Coast
- 24/7 rotating roster - including morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts
- Weekend and public holiday work as part of the roster

What You’ll Need:
- Diploma of Community Services (or currently studying) or willingness to enroll
- Experience in youth work (desirable)
- Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on young people
- Working With Children Check & Criminal History Check
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
