South West Hospital and Health Service has an exciting opportunity for a permanent part time Administration Officer to join our team in Reception in Charleville, Western Qld.

Please note successful applicant must be located in Charleville to perform this role.

Additional casual hours maybe available by negotiation.

Your opportunity

The AO3 position is responsible for providing high standard administrative support and performing a range of administrative duties that contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the team or work unit. 

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the unit on a day to day basis and work autonomously in the absence of the
• Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to Administration Line Manager
• Assist staff and clients with Allied Health appointments, Patient Travel Subsidy, submit PTSS for signage and
• Assisting with Staff Accommodation, Vehicle Bookings, Maintenance requests, Daily and Month Reporting etc as required.
