Your leadership team

MindTree Psychology is led by husband-and-wife team James and Ashley Champion.

James Champion is our Clinical Director and brings over 18 years of clinical experience. He’s passionate about fostering clinical excellence and building a team of skilled, authentic clinicians.

Ashley Champion manages operations, drawing on her executive leadership and coaching background to ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our clinicians can focus on their clients.

Your credentials and value add

We’re seeking someone who is confident in private practice and comfortable working independently.

To be the right fit, you’ll be:

• Fully registered with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist (or nearing completion of registrar program)

• Experienced in private practice

• Available at least two days a week

• A strong communicator and reflective practitioner

• Capable of working with a broad range of clients (16 years +) and presentations

• Confident using evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT, ACT, DBT)

• Open to collaboration, feedback and being part of a team

You’ll also need:

• ABN and professional indemnity insurance

• Your own devices (laptop/tablet/phone)

• Eligibility to provide services under Medicare as a Clinical Psychologist
