The role

As a Motorrad Service Advisor at Coastline BMW, you will play a vital role in ensuring the outstanding customer service and operational efficiency of our BMW Motorrad Service Department. In this full-time position based at our Currimundi Dealership, you will be the primary contact point for our motorcycle customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout our customers service and maintenance experience.

Key responsibilities

1. Greet customers, check-in motorcycles, record motorcycle servicing & issues and provide detailed recommendations

2. Prepare cost estimates and gain customer approval for all work to be undertaken

3. Liaise with the workshop team to coordinate motorcycle service and repair activities

4. Maintain detailed records, process payments for work completed

5. Contribute to the daily running of the department and its continuous improvement

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a Motorcycle Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry considered a strong advantage

2. Previous BMW motorcycle experience and technical knowledge of motorcycle systems a strong advantage, and knowledge of EraPower highly regarded

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible manner

4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

5. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the BMW Motorrad brand
