About the role
As a Chef de Partie in our Banquet Kitchen, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the banquet kitchen, preparing and delivering high-quality food for events and service periods. You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen team and under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth operations, consistently high standards, and a positive team culture.

Experience working in a high-volume banquet environment is preferred.
