About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Southport team on a fulltime basis. As the face of our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and referrers in a fast-paced environment, seeing between 120 and 150 patients per day so you’ll never be bored!

What you can expect:

Your role:

  • Be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing.
  • Operate our booking system efficiently.
  • Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.

About You:

  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Comfortable working with different databases and systems.
