& Community Services (FCYC)
Permanent Part Time Position
We are seeking an experienced Manager to be responsible for Belong Blue Mountains FCYC services including contract & funder relationship management, staff development & supervision, research & program development, budget & risk management, compliance and reporting.
Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in community development, management or related field
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience negotiating with funders and contract management
- Ability to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate community services programs
- Demonstrated leadership skills, operational and strategic planning, risk management
- Current Driver's Licence
