THE POSITION:

• Lead and support your direct reports, which are a Head Chef and a Resident Liaison Manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards.
• Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth.

THE PERSON:

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles, especially in Hospitality.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and upholding compliance (eg. HACCP).
• Strong financial skills including managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
