The role

This role will see you working as part of a high functioning team creating connections and memorable experiences within the Central Coast’s largest gaming floor. Along with offering prompt tray service and barista style coffee; our gaming attendants will troubleshoot machine errors, ensure the gaming floor remains inviting and establish rapport with our valued members and guests – we are after all, in the entertainment-lifestyle business!

About you

You are a people person, with the ability to inspire a great time with your energy, charm and engaging personality. You’re able to create connections and memorable moments with ease. You are fun, genuine and solutions focused, with no service request or too hard or obstacle too great to overcome.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Valid NSW RSA and RCG Competency card (ARCG Preferred).
• Flexibility to work across the Club’s operating hours including late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A “can do” attitude with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a large team; and
• A genuine passion for customer service, hospitality, and the gaming industry.
