About The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Administrator to join our team in a casual capacity. This role based in Nerang. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and accounts‑related tasks.

In this Role

Answering incoming phone calls General administrative tasks and office support Accounts Payable: processing invoices, data entry, reconciliations Accounts Receivable: issuing invoices, following up payments Banking duties including deposits and reconciliations End‑of‑day reporting and administrative wrap‑up tasks Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

You’re Likely a Match If

Previous experience in administration and/or accounts roles Strong communication and customer service skills Good working knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting software High attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
