What You'll Be Doing

Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Your clinical experience spans both outpatient and acute hospital environments, where you consistently demonstrate strong nursing knowledge, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.

Your proven clinical problem‑solving skills enable you to assess situations quickly, prioritise effectively, and implement evidence‑based interventions that optimise patient outcomes. You bring a calm, capable presence to fast‑paced settings and adapt seamlessly to changing clinical demands.

Communication is one of your key strengths. You engage confidently with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams through clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. You also utilise clinical information systems and digital tools effectively to support documentation, care coordination, and continuity of care.
