MDR Certification Engineering Pty Ltd (MDR) is proud to celebrate over 20 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, and preventative maintenance. Based in Henderson, Western Australia, we are seeking a flexible and motivated NDT Technician who is willing to work both locally and on FIFO assignments across the state.We are currently looking for qualified NDT Technicians who possess the following skills and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Hold Level II AINDT or PCN certifications in MT, UT, PT, and/or ETConduct NDT and inspection activities in accordance with applicable standardsLiaise with clients and provide technical recommendations where requiredWork autonomously and as part of a teamPrepare, compile, and submit accurate inspection reportsEnsure all NDT equipment is maintained and serviceableDemonstrate a keen eye for quality and strong attention to detailHold a current C Class driver’s licenceTravel to various locations as requiredBe aware of and comply with fit-for-work requirements, including laboratory drug and alcohol testing
Must Have:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in NDT and inspection workAbility to analyse and interpret test results to determine compliance with specified standardsStrong capability in meticulous inspection of materials and structures for defectsAbility to adapt to varied work environments, including manufacturing plants, construction sites, and laboratoriesExperience in identifying defect causes and recommending appropriate corrective actionsLevel II AINDT or PCN certifications in one or more of the following: RT, ET, PAUT, VCAT
