We are seeking a reliable and technically minded Commercial Cleaner / Maintenance person to support our Donut King and Gloria Jean’s stores in Maitland and Raymond Terrace.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness and operational standards in food retail environments. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of stores on a scheduled basis
• Periodical maintenance and cleaning of equipment, including:
• Donut robots
• Soft serve machines
• Speed ovens
• Bain-maries
• Fridge and freezer condensers
• General store maintenance
• Minor repairs to fittings and fixtures
• Ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet food safety standards

• Technically minded and practical
• Willing to learn (full training provided)
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards

• Various hours available
• Early morning and evening shifts
• No weekends or public holidays

Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Police check required for the successful applicant
