Job Title: Disability Support Worker – Behaviour Support (Immediate Start)

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers in Albury to support clients with complex behaviours. This role involves providing direct, person-centred support in line with individual behaviour support plans, promoting independence, and ensuring safety and dignity in all care provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support participants with daily living tasks, community engagement, and personal care
• Accurately record shift notes and report any incidents or changes in behaviour
• Engage participants in planned indoor and outdoor activities
• Maintain professional boundaries while building trusting relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members, families, and allied health professionals
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NDIS Code of Conduct

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience working with clients with behavioural needs
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) – NSW
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if required by client)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Albury region
