Responsibilities

• Assist in innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
• lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion, demonstrating a ‘Guest obsession’.
• Regularly and openly communicate to your team our action plans
• Maintain a culture that emphasises growth, trust and accountability.
• Engage with and promote continuous improvement and business change.
• Maintain health and safety measures.
• Assist to development and drive growth opportunities.
• Help to maintain and add to our culture and uphold our values

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role would be desired
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work while leading the team
