About the Role

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for your team — welcoming new staff, providing hands-on training, and ensuring every site shines to the Clean Feeling standard. You’ll oversee quality control, support your team through challenges, and keep things running smoothly each shift.

This is a Monday–Friday position, working evenings (approx. 4pm–midnight).
You must be available across all 5 days and have a current driver’s license and your own car.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, train, and support your cleaning team.
Training & Development: Equip new team members with the skills they need to succeed.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe and correct cleaning practices at all times.
Problem Solving: Spot challenges early and implement thoughtful solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in the cleaning industry
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proactive mindset with solid decision-making abilities
• Adaptable and responsive in changing environments
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and WHS practices
• Willingness to obtain White Card & Police Check
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
