As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for a confident and professional Clinic Receptionist to support our team and keep our operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We’re searching for a warm, organised, and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics – Eastlands.

As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the client experience — ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, supported, and excited about their treatment journey.

You’ll thrive in a busy clinic environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour.

What You’ll Do

In this key client-facing role, you will:
Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism

Manage bookings, appointments, and client communication using Zenoti

Support daily clinic operations including stock management, payments, and reporting

Work closely with therapists and the Clinic Manager to maintain smooth, efficient workflow

Keep the reception area organised, clean, and reflective of the SILK standard

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)

Experience working in a clinical setting is highly regarded

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational abilities and confidence multitasking

A proactive, team-first attitude

A genuine interest in beauty, skin, and wellness
