We are seeking a temporary administrator to join our client based in Berrimah.

A busy and professional organisation is seeking a confident Administration Officer to provide high‑quality support during a temporary contract from 9 February to 13 March 2026. This role is ideal for someone with a strong phone manner, excellent customer service skills, and solid computer capability.Â
Your new roleÂ
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and general enquiries, delivering friendly, efficient support to customers and internal staff. Strong administrative skills are essential, and experience with AroFlo will be a valuable advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handling emails, data entry and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining internal systems and updating records
- Supporting the team with day‑to‑day office duties
- Using AroFlo or similar job‑management software (advantageous)
What you'll need to succeedÂ
- Confident, clear phone communication
- Strong customer service focus
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Previous admin experience preferred
- AroFlo experience highly desirable
