About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Mineral Springs Hotel in the beautiful Hepburn Springs, VIC. This is a casual position in our restaurant, The Argus Dining Room.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our hotel's dining and bar areas. Your primary focus will be on delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating guests in the hotel's dining and bar areas

• Taking food and beverage orders, and accurately communicating these to the kitchen and bar teams

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked service area

• Assisting with table clearing and resetting

• Providing friendly and attentive customer service at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Enthusiasm, friendliness and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including liquor service

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

• Availability on weekends
