An opportunity has become available to join ICT team as an ICT Systems and Network officer in a permanent capacity, to start immediately.
You will play an important function in the ICT team; by providing support of the City of Darwins network and virtual infrastructure utilising VMWare. You be responsible for the management of the Cyber Security Infrastructure utilising FortiGate firewalls and Crowdstrike as our EDR and SIEM.
You will manage, in conjunction various vendors, the design and move from a MPLS network to SD-WAN.
About you:
- You will be a team player and provide hands on support the City of Darwins ICT infrastructure
- Ability to write clear, concise reports and plans
- Be able to manage people when required
- Ability to identify areas of improvement
- Provide after hours support on a rostered basis

You will have:
- Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar role
- National Criminal History Check
- Possession of C Class Driver Licence
