We currently have a permanent opportunity for a full-time Records Officer within our Digital Innovation Team. Reporting to the Supervisor Records Management and working alongside a team of two, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring an efficient and reliable electronic document recording and distribution service is provided for City of Darwin.

The key service delivery of the role includes, but not limited to:

  • Proactively undertake efficient, accurate, secure and timely handling and storage of City of Darwin's hardcopy and electronic information, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service in relation to records management, freedom of information and information privacy across the organisation.
  • Conduct searches for records and information across various internal databases and external service provider databases for stakeholders.
  • Respond to public enquiries that relate to Freedom of Information and Information Privacy.

Do you have a minimum of 1 year experience in Records Administration or similar (e g data entry)? We want to hear from you!
