About the role

This full-time Warehousing Role offers an exciting opportunity to join the team at GP HVAC Group in Pakenham, Victoria. As a key member of our warehousing and distribution operations, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our inventory, storage, and customer fulfilment.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective stock control measures

• Operating various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order picking systems

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers

• Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records

• A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A valid forklift licence and a commitment to workplace health and safety
