About the role

Complete Commercial Constructions is seeking an experienced Shopfitter to join our team in Morisset, NSW. This full-time position is responsible for the installation and finish of high-quality commercial interior fit outs, including shop fittings, cabinetry, and other joinery. As an experienced Shopfitter, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our clients' commercial projects. We work locally across the Hunter, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast areas.

What you'll be doing

1. Interpreting and following architectural drawings and specifications to construct and install custom cabinetry, shopfronts, counters, shelving, and other joinery elements

2. Measuring, cutting, and assembling components to precise specifications

3. Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the installation process

4. Working closely with the project manager and other tradespeople to coordinate the delivery of a seamless commercial fit-out

5. Maintaining a safe and organised worksite at all times

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Shopfitter, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

2. Strong working knowledge of commercial construction practices, materials, and relevant building codes and regulations

3. Exceptional attention to detail committed to delivering exceptional results and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

5. Strong time management and organisational skills to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines

6. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
