Our small, friendly team includes a GM, contract designers, and casual contractors.
The RoleWe’re on the lookout for a hands-on, friendly Account Manager to help keep our customers happy and every order running smoothly. Our focus is on top quality customer service – the kind people rave about. You’ll handle customer enquiries, manage orders from start to finish, and coordinate with our team and suppliers to make sure medals are delivered on time and look amazing.
The Hours and Pay This is a part-time role available for 12-18 hours per week. There is flexibility around when the hours are delivered to work around your life.The hourly rate is $40 per hour plus superannuation – negotiable depending on experience.Initially you will be across the entire business moving into a QLD centric role once more Account Managers come on-board.
What You’ll Be DoingLook after client jobs from first email to final delivery keeping clients updated with professional clear communicationWork with designers and overseas suppliers on designs and productionCreate quotes, send invoices (using Xero), and track timelinesTrack each orders cost and profit / loss marginGenerate new leads through templated marketing and sales materials, phone calls and attending meetings and eventsRespond and nurture new leads and track theseSupport business development with light marketing tasks like google review requests, sending out marketing emails and medal sample deliveriesUndertake quality control checks, packaging and logistics with couriers tracking the whereabouts and status of all ordersManage stock and samples in our storage unitSpot and fix issues before they become problemsPitch in to support the delivery of large engraving contracts with any additional hours to be agreed in advance
What We’re Looking ForStrong administrative and customer service skillsThrive in a process driven environment with high capacity to get things doneProactive and super organised with great communication skillsComfortable or willing to learn tech like Google sheets, Microsoft Office, Xero, Facebook, Instagram and our newly implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareWilling to learn our systems and help improve themAbility to make informed business decisions where appropriate by using sound judgementThe motivation to work independently but happy to jump in with a team
