We are seeking a highly organised, experienced and reliable professional to manage finance and office administration functions at our car part manufacturing factory in Pakenham.
Key Responsibilities

Accurate recording of financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Managing banking activities, cash flow requirements, and reconciliations

Processing payroll and maintaining up-to-date financial records and documentation

Reconciling bank statements and supporting month-end processes

Regularly liaising with external accountants

Maintaining and improving finance and office administration procedures

General office management and administration duties

Providing ad-hoc administrative, operational, and project support as required
About You

Experienced with accounting software ZERO

Professional bookkeeping experience in a similar industry

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable

Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders
