About the business and the role

ANZ Controls is an Australian family owned industrial instrument business located in Stapylton Queensland. We are the manufacturers agent for multiple German pressure instrument manufacturers and distribute a number of other ranges all over Australia and New Zealand.

ANZ Controls supplies solutions to many industries including Mining, Hydraulic, Construction and many others for over 40 years. Our aim is to always deliver the highest standard of quality and service.

The position for a production team member is a permanent position with consistent 38 hours, Monday to Thursday with no weekend work. Previous experience in process production work, pressure gauges, pressure switch setting and the assembly of electrical enclosures is all advantageous.

Australian work rights are required at time of application.

• NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY - ONSITE TRAINING PROVIDED

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Setting of pressure switches to exacting pressures

• Setting of temperature switches

• Accuracy checking and build pressure gauges from components

• Assembling of electrical enclosures

• Building of electrical looms and cables

• Soldering or cables

• Processing of other subcomponents

Due to the critical applications that our products get used in it is imperative that our products meet the highest quality and performance standards which will come from a high level of workmanship and an exacting eye for detail.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a new team member with production and related abilities, with a keen eye for high quality. This job is a consistent volume and scheduled role but requires a high level of attention to detail. We pride ourselves on fantastic quality products and giving customers the best service.

Previous experience in pressure settings / gauges / process production and electrical type roles is highly preferred.
