About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Filter Technician and Factory Worker to join our team at Gold Coast Commercial Filter Cleaning in Burleigh Heads, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality delivery and exchange services of kitchen exhaust filters for commercial kitchens, as well as assisting with general factory operations.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Load and unload daily stock; maintain a clean and organised vehicle

2. Driving to a high number of sites across the Gold Coast each day

3. Remove and reinstall kitchen exhaust filters, taking photos and completing basic service reports

4. Assist with the efficient operation of our factory

5. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and safety

6. Contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues

What We're Looking For

1. Previous experience in a similar role, or familiar with driving to a high number of stops every day and an understanding of the commercial kitchen environment.

2. Strong attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to long term work

3. Good physical fitness - this is a physical labour role

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

6. Comfortable working independently - must be able to work efficiently without the need for constant supervision.

7. Open drivers licence (manual preferred but not essential)

8. Fit for early starts (5am daily)

9. Police check, traffic history report and references required
