About You:

You are an experienced teacher who sees potential everywhere. You bring:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Proven experience as an ECT with confidence leading pedagogy and practice

• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG, and contemporary early years pedagogy

• A passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning, and inquiry

• A reflective, collaborative, and professional approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A strong commitment to child and cultural safety

• A calm, warm, and engaging presence children naturally gravitate towards
