Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Oncology Pharmacist who is ready to support the Deniliquin communities. About The Role
The Senior Oncology Pharmacist will develop and deliver high standard clinical pharmacy, dispensary and compounding services to MLHD patients across District Cancer Services and Innovations.
As the Senior Oncology Pharmacist you will be responsible for:
Working alongside oncology Patients, Stakeholders and Clinicians across MLHD including comprehensive medication management for all oncology patientsLeading the safe, effective and efficient transition to State Contract (Contract 861) for the supply of pharmaceuticals to MLHD managed oncology servicesChange and project Management Leadership in support of implementing Contract 861 transition including identifying and mitigating risks.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
An in-depth understanding and ability to provide Pharmacy services to rural communities.Tertiary Qualifications in Pharmacy and registered with AHPRA with no restrictions on scope of practice and extensive experience in a hospital and capabilities commensurate for a pharmacist Grade 3 classification.High level of professionalism with ability to work independently and as part of a large teamExemplary communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage a diverse workload and prioritise services where necessary
