About the role

Club Musgrave is seeking Gaming Attendants to deliver great service in our gaming area while maintaining compliance and a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patrons in the gaming area
• Monitor the gaming room and assist customers as required
• Complete basic cleaning, presentation and restocking tasks
• Follow venue policies and gaming compliance procedures
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional approach
• Ability to stay alert and focused across shifts
• Reliable and able to work evenings/weekends
• Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential

Requirements

• Current RSA
• Current RSG (Responsible Gambling)
• Must have Australian working rights
