About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate full time Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our Cairns Boutique. In this key role, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operationsEnsure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectivesInspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIsUphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experienceExecute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelinesAdministrative responsibility for weekly boutique reportingLead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail businessExperience in an assistant manager or similar management roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamUnderstanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figuresSkin care experience is ideal but not essential
