We're seeking a capable and driven Marketing Coordinator to help deliver consistent, high-quality marketing across digital and physical channels. This hands-on role is ideal for a forward-thinking marketer with at least three years’ post-graduate experience, a strong design sensibility, and solid project management capabilities.

Reporting to our Global Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in executing digital campaigns, managing in-store collateral, and supporting the onboarding of new Spa World showrooms - including signage and local marketing activation.

Key Responsibilities Include

Assist to deliver digital marketing campaigns and manage day-to-day social media activity, including content scheduling and performance trackingWork closely with the content team to ensure social and video content supports broader brand campaignsAssist in overseeing the design and distribution of in-store marketing materials such as signage, brochures, and point-of-sale assetsSupport the onboarding of new Spa World locations, including CRM setup, signage installation, and local area marketingAct as the key point of contact for the showroom sales teams on marketing matters.Coordinate multiple marketing projects, maintain campaign calendars, and keep stakeholders updated on progressHelp ensure all creative assets align with brand standards, working with both internal and external design teams

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplineExperience in a marketing role, preferably in a retail or franchise settingDemonstrated experience executing social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other platformsCompetent in digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Zoho CRM, CMS)Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teamsExcellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-throughA positive attitude and a strong work ethic
