Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the central lead for digital agency management, ensuring performance, efficiency, and accountabilityDefine and standardise digital channel strategy, creative testing, attribution, and targeting across all campaignsDevelop and implement lead generation frameworks to build high-fidelity audience segmentsOversee landing page conversion, SEO and geo-targeting efforts in collaboration with development partnersLead performance reporting and campaign analysis to drive actionable insightCreate digital governance frameworks, QA processes, and compliance with privacy and data policiesIdentify and deploy growth tools and platforms that enable scalable digital performance
Desired Skills and AttributesMinimum 5 years' experience in multi-channel digital performance rolesDemonstrated success in B2B funnels and demand generationHigh-level analytical mindset with strong optimisation experienceConfident communicator with agency leadership experienceAbility to brief and manage technical partners across CRO, SEO, and UXHands-on approach with strong attention to execution qualityFamiliarity with privacy, consent, and digital data compliance
